Items shipped from Rebelstore.co.uk can be returned within 5 days upon receipt.

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original labels attached.

Any items with non-returnable markings and gifts will not be returned.

Return Process
Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return request. If the product is damaged, please provide relevant photos.
If there is no objection, we will reply to the return address
Please choose a logistics company at your own cost, return the items to be returned in the original packaging, and mail the package.
Please provide the tracking number of the returned package. We will process your request after receiving the package.
How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. The specific refund time is subject to the original payment account platform. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
