* We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on CARDS or CUSTOM PRODUCTS unless it is FULTY as they are printed to order.
* Returns must be received within the packaging they are sent in and still within a re-sellable condition. Orders that are received back to the shop, NOT in this condition will be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all.
* At Rebel we ship all our items through Royal Mail Standard First Class or Standard MyHermes.
We ship all over the world for your design needs EXCEPT for MUGS and LARGE ORDERS. Feel free to CONTACT US for a custom shipping quote.
* Standard First Class Royal Mail does not provide a tracking number.
We can offer a Trackable service for an extra charge.
* All items will be shipped within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.
* We do not have control over the service Royal Mail or MyHermes will provide. Although we are all happy to help if your order is not received within 5 working days of it being sent. Our orders are usually received within 2-3 working days
